VILLA II won the Silver Design award in the category of Architecture, Buildings, and Construction Design 2022 - 2023.
The house on the rock
Τhis comfortable and artfully designed villa offers tranquility and relaxation. The villa is spread over two levels. The ground floor has a living room with two spacious built-in sofas and a smart TV.
A double wooden door separates the living room from the fully equipped kitchen, offering privacy in case the sofa is used as a bed.
A large window opens onto the horizon, while French doors lead to the villa’s patio, which is equipped with a six-person dining table and gas barbecue and offers views of the pool and the rock. Finally, a bedroom with a king-size bed and ceiling fan as well as a spacious bathroom with a built-in washbasin and shower can also be found on the ground floor.
Upstairs the bedroom with the Queen Size bed has a huge window with a breathtaking view of the hills and the sea. In direct contact is the bathroom, equipped with a shower and a large stone sink.
All rooms are equipped with ΑC units, with a choice of hot or cold air.
